NAPSA Stars Appoint Tenant Chilumba as Technical Director
NAPSA Stars Football Club has confirmed the appointment of experienced football tactician Tenant Chilumba as the club’s new Technical Director, in a move aimed at strengthening its technical operations and long-term development strategy.
Acting Chief Executive Officer Brenda Chota said the appointment follows a careful assessment of the club’s technical needs after the position had remained vacant for an extended period.
“NAPSA Stars has had this position vacant for some time, and we are confident that Tenant’s vast technical experience makes him the right fit for the role,” Chota said. “His appointment goes beyond match-to-match coaching and is designed to strengthen our overall football operations.”
In his new role, Chilumba will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership across the club’s structures. His portfolio will also include supporting player and youth development, enhancing the club’s coaching philosophy, and improving football systems and recruitment processes.
The club believes the appointment will also improve coordination between the technical bench and management as part of efforts to build a sustainable foundation for success both on and off the pitch.
